Things That Make Ezra Laugh

Here are the things that consistently make Ezra smile or laugh:

  • Fake sneezes ("Aaaa-choooo!")
  • "If You're Happy and You Know It" song (complete with clapping his hands, stomping his feet, and clucking)
  • "The Three Bears" Korean song
  • The words "Mama" and "Umma"
  • "Talking" with him (making "eeeh" and "ung" sounds in response to his)
  • Curling both lips in and saying, "Hello, my name is Ezra. I have no teeth."
  • Kissy noises
And his all-time favorite:
  • Farting noises

Hi! I'm honored to be the first commenter. I think this is a great way to update. And yes it is so very important to remember the little things we appreciate about the mundane.

I actually just started a pretty secret blog. It's not even a real blog-- it's me recording what I eat every day and any accompanying thoughts on its effects on my mood and health. I haven't really told anyone about it. It's sort of a personal experiment to see if what I've been reading in various books and articles is true. Actually, the book you loaned me and which I never gave back (Omnivore's Dilemma) helped start it all.

I also believe my daily food choices are pretty important socio-politico-economic statements about the kind of agricultural industries I support and do not support.

Stina! This is amazing and inspiring. You eat really well. I kept a food log once, except it was one long email chain sent back and forth with KJ. I think it lasted a couple of months. Have you been reading anything else food/agriculture related?
